Morgan Elizabeth Carson :)
Mitch and I went into the hospital on Friday night to start the induction. The labor went pretty smoothly all night and morning and the Dr. checked on us about 8am and said that Morgan was coming out with a "facial presentation." Apparently she did not have her head tucked the way it was supposed to be so they were concerned and told us a C-section might have to be performed. Luckily everything worked out and Morgan was born at 11:41am Saturday morning weighing in at a whopping 9 lbs 4 oz and was 20 1/2 inches. Since she didn't have her head tucked all the way she took a bit of a beating and was pretty swollen on the right side of her face. All in all, everything went great though and we are so happy to have our little girl home. Her big brother is still adjusting a little bit but as you can see from the last picture he is starting to enjoy giving her kisses :) (You can see more photos from the hospital and the first few days home if you click on the Carson Web Albums)

Thank you so much for sharing. I am glad everything went well. Everyone looks so happy and she looks so awake in some of those pictures... it will not be long before she is trying to keep up with Will. Congrats on your pretty baby girl. We hope to see you all soon.
