Hanging out at home

This past weekend we finally had a chance to say home and do nothing but play with the kids. We got Will's pool and water table out and let him do as he pleased with the water. He even kept his hat and sunglasses on for us...he's a pretty cool looking dude!

Morgan is happiest these days when she can roll all over the floor or stand in her exersaucer and eat all her toys!

There's nothing like family...

While the kids and I were in Kokomo last weekend, their Aunt and Uncle and cousins came over to hang out. Aunt Georgann got her baby fix in which also gave me a break at the same time. JT and Stephy were awesome big cousins and played with Will all day. He was exhausted by the end of the weekend but he had a blast! And of course, the kids loved getting to see Grandma and Grandpa!

Swimming with friends

Last weekend Mitch went to Chicago for a guys trip so I decided to pack up the kids and head to my parents for a visit. Friday, Amy and Tatum and their mom's came over so we could hang out and let the kids all swim together. It was so nice catching up with both of them - I don't get to see them nearly enough so I treasure every chance I have to see them! Now that we all have children, the get togethers are totally different but it's so neat to watch the kids play and interact. Here are a few pictures from the day, the rest are in our web albums!

Catching up

I have to apologize, I know I haven't been very good at keeping this updated lately. It's getting harder and harder to find the time now that I'm back to work full time...when I get home I just want to see the kids and then relax once they are in bed. So anyway, here are a bunch of pictures and videos of the kids from the past few weeks.

Our house has recently become the neighborhood hangout. On this particular day all the younger boys in the court had their four-wheelers out so of course Will was leading the pack.

Taking a break to play in the pool...

I think he was a little lazy this night...he decided that sitting on top of the tractor was more fun than pushing it.

Could we have an all-star on our hands??
Meanwhile, Morgan is just hanging out by mom.

Will is starting to say more and more everyday. It's so neat to see the new words he picks up and actions he does. He's been blowing kisses for months now but I hadn't gotten around to catching it on video yet so here you go...

Morgan has been a busy girl lately. She's rolling like mad now and really can get all over the place. Here is a video from when she first learned to roll....

And one from a few days ago.

She recently had her four month checkup and was 14 lbs 12oz and 25 inches. The doctor said she looked great! She also started eating veggies a few days ago and here is a before picture...

And after...

Since Morgan is now eating in the highchair we moved Will to his booster seat and wow does he think he is big stuff!
