Morgan was more cautious that night than I've ever seen her and didn't want to do any of the big slides or climbing stuff. Instead she spent the majority of her time in this little area that had animals and things she could ride and climb on. All in all the kids had a great time. Happy Birthday to Nathan and Alex!!

Birthday Parties Galore!
February and March are filled with family and friends birthdays so it's always a crazy couple of months. The first party we had was a joint party for my nephews Nathan (5) and Alex (3). Their party was at a bouncy place. Will loved all of the stuff but was a little small to do some of it by himself.

Birthday Girl
Once again I'm a little late with the pictures but we celebrated Morgan's 2nd birthday at home with a special cake made by her babysitter, Therese.

The kids were super cute this night and as Morgan would open the presents Will would collect the paper and throw it all away. If only they could always get along as well as they did that day!

Party time!
I'm a little late with these but the kids once again were sick this past week so I didn't have much time to get them posted. They seem to be on the mend now - hopefully spring will get here soon!
Anyway, we had the big birthday bash for Will and Morgan a few weeks ago and I hope that everyone had a good time. We had 15 kids at the party so I had a few games lined up and a pinata for them to break!

Will was all about his presents this year and had them all opened in about 5 minutes flat.

Morgan was a lot slower on the other hand and I eventually had to help her open some to speed up the process. Both kids loved everything they received and have played non-stop with all the new toys!!

Even though it was a joint party I wanted to make sure that each of them still got to have their own cake and we sang happy birthday to each of them individually. Morgan chose Care Bears for her theme and Will wanted Thomas the Train.

They were exhausted at the end of the night but they both told us that it was a fun day! That's all I can ask for! :)

Nanny and Papa from "ohahoma"
Mitch's parent came in for a visit the week of Will's birthday and as always it was fun but way too short. I wish we lived closer so we could see them more often. The kids love seeing them and will talk about their visits for weeks afterward! They came during the middle of the week this time so we kept the kids home from daycare so they could spend as much time with them as possible. I'm not sure who was more worn out by the end of the visit, the kids or their grandparents!

I've posted a few other things today as well so make sure you scroll down to see everything!

"I'm finally 3!"
That is what Willie told us when he work up on his birthday. He was so excited to be three and he couldn't wait to go to daycare and tell all his friends. Since his birthday was on a Monday we didn't have any major celebrations. Instead we just celebrated with cake and a few presents at home. Therese, his daycare provider, provided us an adorable Spiderman cake to celebrate the big day!

Children's Museum
These are the last few pictures from our weekend with the Stremlow/Schuetz clan. My neice and nephew came over to hang out and also went with us the children's museum. The kids just love that place and could spend an entire day playing there!

Bowling
The kids and I went to Kokomo two weeks ago to see the Schuetz/Stremlow gang! Sarah, Grandma Ann, and the kiddo's came in for the long weekend for our annual get together. It was a fun-filled weekend and with 8 kids under the age of 7 it was a bit crazy as well.
The first event of the weekend was our bowling adventure. We got everyone suited up in shoes and found balls and the adults were going to bowl on one lane and the kids on the other lane. Well....we quickly realized there was no way that was going to happen. Too many kids that still needed help but it probably even more fun to watch them than it was to bowl. They had a ramp we could use so some of the kids used it and others toddled up with the ball and tried to throw it down the lane.

Reactive Airway Disease
I'm sure most of you that actually read our blog know by now but Morgan was diagnosed with Reactive Airway Disease back in December. The treatment plan is twice daily Pulmicort (steroid) treatments given through a nebulizer machine. The first week of treatments didn't go so well. She fought it as hard as she could and we had to hold her down. She is doing much better now and will actually sit and hold the mask on her face by herself.

The treatments have helped 110% so even though they are kind of pain, I am so so thankful that we found something that worked.
